Bashirul Haq & Associates Ltd.

Year of Establishment

Bashirul Haq & Associates Ltd. is primarily an architectural and planning firm with in-house Structural and Engineering services for the preparation of estimates, tender documents, construction management and supervisory services. Rational identification of problems related to spatial needs during programme
Formulation and translation of the programme into physical reality require a team approach of experts in
different disciplines involved in architectural consultancy.

Our approach to consultancy is to locate the best local expertise group, and the composition and the
Number of personnel in the team always vary on the nature of the project. In short we hire the best available Experts depending on the nature of projects we undertake. For example we have been using the services of Mr. Mannan of Associated Structural Engineers and Architects Ltd.(ASEA) and taken advisory services From Bureau of Research Testing and Consultation (BRTC), Bangladesh Engineering University & Technology for structural services; and we have been getting Electro-mechanical services from
AVE Engineers & Consultants Ltd. for most major Projects. Management of consultancy services by a
Team composed of best available experts have been helpful for us in achieving a high standard of Creativity in our built- projects.
